The Importance of Knowing Your Medicare Options

When age 65 approaches, we need to make important decisions. It starts with Medicare and your initial enrollment period; a time that allows you to choose any Medicare plan available. After your initial enrollment period your choices become limited; not knowing your options can affect other current and future retirement choices. Six months prior to your 65th birthday you will receive information from a range of people and companies regarding Medicare, sometimes on a daily basis. It can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be.

My approach is simple: I meet with you, either by phone or in person, to understand your overall needs. We will look at your medical providers, prescriptions, budget, and other needs that are important to you. In about 30 minutes you'll know the Medicare options (plans, companies, costs etc.) that best meet your needs.

As a licensed Independent Agent who partners with several insurance companies, I am equipped to address each client's individual needs and circumstances. Because carriers pay a commission when a client is enrolled, all of my services are provided at no charge. This is true for all advisory services I offer, including Medicare, Medicaid, life, annuity, and long-term care, as well as other retirement insurance products and services.
